Kandivali based Developer Monish Udani wins back to back Real Estate & Construction Industry Leadership Awards’21

The 4th edition of Real Estate and Construction Industry Leadership Awards 2021 was held at The Orchid Hotel, Mumbai on 20th March, 2021 where in top industrialists, actors, politicians from BJP and Congress, major financiers, chartered accountants and builders had attended the event. The awards function is hailed as one of the prestigious events in the real estate sector and is considered a networking ground for professionals from the same field to meet and interact to create new synergies.

29yr old Malad Based Developer Monish Udani from Mumbai won Young & Dynamic Real Estate Developer personality of the year award for the 2nd time in a row adding one more feather to his cap.  Monish who is the founder and director of Skyline Ventures based in Kandivali-Malad has rose manifold over the last 3-4 years. Monish under the guidance of Alpesh Ajmera & his father Kamlesh Udani both of whom are experienced personalities from the world of real estate and construction industry has made a mark of his own with many successful projects in Mumbai. Monish has successfully worked on closing many deals of redevelopment projects in Malad-Kandivali-Borivali area while he is also actively working on an ongoing project in Byculla where 15 floors are already completed.

 

Apart from that, there are also a few upcoming projects lined up in the suburbs of South Mumbai namely Sky Heights & Sky Residence. Speaking with Bombaynews.in after receiving the award, Monish shared “ It’s all in the blood for me to work in this field, I am very positive that real estate field will boom in the next 2-3 years, we all need to be positive during this stressful time so that we all can rise together”
