
At a time when major real estate and developer companies are filing liquidity, here is one 28 yr old who has his own unique way of coming up in the field of reality sector. Monish Udani who was an average student in school while not the most happening person during his college times fought several odds from being a just another comman man completing basic education in 2010 to a man who is now on his feet trying to make a mark in the field of Reality Sector.
Monish began his career with the Ajmera Group where he learned the nitty gritties of trade. It was his time with Alpesh Ajmera-the CMD of Ajmera Group of Companies which helped him learn many things in the Real Estate market. Under his mentorship, he learned from scratch the very basics of civil , constructions, sales, documentation, land acquisition, liasoning, contracts and eventually on how to be a sustainable developer.

Monish started off doing outsourcing work for many Builders helping them in the BMC permissions and liasoning work. In the last 3 years, he has made a decent mark as an outsourcing partner for many existing builders and developers in Mumbai.
A person with a sweet tooth and an equally sweet tongue, Monish is known to have cordial relations with everyone right from the grassroot agents, brokers, workers to top builders and police commissioners because of his jolly and hospitable nature. It was out of gaining all this rich experience in the past, he started with his company brand SkyLine Ventures entering real estate sector as “Builder and Developers”.

Monish further shared “We are upcoming with projects in Andheri, Byculla, Vile Parle East and Kandivali West. As per today’s scenario, the real struggle is to build trust, we have to put hardwork and do confirmative work. In today’s market, if you do the performance, sales will automatically follow, its not a rocket science. People want performance and honesty from builders now and not just the big sweet talks which most of the builders are professional at. And by god’s grace, Skyline Venture is an initiative to do projects which are stucked up or which are on hold to give people their home and to make a difference.
